We keep this policy simple: we only process the data needed to run FillPDFfromExcel, deliver your PDFs, and manage your account and subscription.
Information We Process
We process account details (name, email, and profile image when available), files you upload for PDF generation, subscription-related billing identifiers, and limited technical data needed to keep the service running.
How Uploaded Files Are Handled
We do not store uploaded PDF files as a core product feature. Uploaded files are processed to generate results for your session.
Authentication and Login
We support email/password and Google sign-in. Session data is used to keep you logged in and apply plan limits correctly.
Billing and Payments
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. We use Stripe customer and subscription IDs to keep your plan status up to date.
Emails
Password reset emails are sent through our email provider and include one-time recovery links.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and email delivery. Those services process data according to their own privacy policies.
Your Choices
You can stop using the service at any time, cancel your subscription through the billing portal, and contact us through in-app Feedback.
